Lord Raglan talks to an invited audience at the Bugatti Trust about the great pleasure he has had from Bugattis over a period of 60 years.
Fitzroy Somerset, as he then was, used to visit Prescott when a student at the nearby Royal Agricultural College, and joined the Bugatti Owners' Club in 1952.
His first Bugatti was a Type 37 A, but he later took on the challenge of a Type 51 which he fully rebuilt and raced successfully for nearly 20 years, and has driven many road miles. He describes how he was able to acquire it, and a number of the lessons which he learned along the way - not least from his friends, some of whom are also featured.
Latterly, for his reclining years, he has also acquired and restored a handsome drophead Type 46.
The DVD includes footage of a number of events at home and abroad. Ronald 'Steady' Barker, one time editor of The Autocar, contributes an amusing ending.
